Andalucía weekend weather June 12-15: Sunshine, summer heat and a few storms in the east
A hot, mostly sunny few days with some afternoon showers possible inland
The weather across Andalucía this weekend is looking mostly settled and summery. Sunshine will dominate across much of the region, especially towards the west, while inland areas in the east may see some afternoon cloud and the odd storm. A layer of dust in the air may affect visibility along the Mediterranean, but overall, the forecast points to warm, dry and calm weather for most.Thursday June 12

A light layer of dust may linger in the far southeast but should not cause major disruption. Temperatures will rise again in many areas, except along the eastern coast and around the Strait, where they will remain steady. Morning lows will drop slightly in most places. Winds will be light and variable, gradually shifting to a westerly breeze.

In the afternoon, cloud is likely to build over the sierras near Jaén, where a few short thunderstorms may develop. Dust in the air will still be noticeable along the Mediterranean. Temperatures continue to rise in most of the region, while winds remain light, shifting westerly later in the day.

In the east, especially over the inland mountains, there is a small chance of afternoon storms. The dust haze lingers along the coast but should start to ease. It will feel like a proper summer weekend across Andalucía, with sunshine for most and just a few inland areas catching a brief shower or storm. A great few days ahead for outdoor plans.
