Breezy and mild but showery: Alicante weather forecast October 27-30

The weather will worsen mid-week with the arrival of rain, especially in northern Alicante

Weather outlook on Thursday afternoon, October 30

The southern Costa Blanca basked in an unusual October heatwave all weekend but sadly, the summery weather is departing, at least for a few days. We can still expect plenty of sunshine and balmy temperatures across Alicante province this week, but there will definitely be a more autumnal feel to the air.

Monday October 27

After a chilly, overcast start the skies should clear to reveal plenty of sunny spells throughout the day. Daytime temperatures should increase by a degree or two and the breezes will remain light.

Tuesday October 28

Tuesday will start off much brighter but the cloud cover will increase towards the end of the day. Both day and night-time temperatures will take a bit of a dip, but the mercury will still hover around the mid-20s in the afternoon.

Wednesday October 29

As in the rest of Spain, the weather in Alicante province will take a turn on Wednesday. The skies will darken across the board and there’s a good chance of rain everywhere, but particularly in northern inland towns. Despite this, daytime temperatures will reman mild and we can expect moderately strong breezes along the coast.

Thursday October 30

Thursday will again be mostly cloudy with a chance of light rain inland all day. The night will remain mild and maximum temperatures should take another gentle upswing in coastal areas.

Light to moderate southwesterly winds will be expected along the entire Alicante coast.

Monday October 27: Min 12ºC; Max 25ºC
Tuesday October 28: Min 11ºC; Max 25ºC
Wednesday October 29: Min 13ºC; Max 26ºC
Thursday October 30: Min 14ºC; Max 28ºC
