You can easily handle over 125 municipal procedures right from your phone, like paying bills, applying for permits, or checking local news and alerts such as weather warnings or traffic updates. The app also supports citizen engagement, offering surveys and consultation opportunities to help you have your say in how the city is run. Need to find the nearest police station or library? It’s all mapped out with helpful contact details.

Visitors get a personalised experience too, with themed walking routes that showcase Cartagena’s rich history and culture. Whether you’re intrigued by archaeology, modernist architecture, or flamenco heritage, there’s a route for you – complete with information on accessibility, distances, and points of interest. The app even helps you discover local shops and restaurants offering discounts, so you can enjoy the city to the fullest.

One exciting feature is the focus on promoting healthy lifestyles, with active parks locations, sporting events calendars, and guided exercise tutorials all layered right into the app. In addition, the Ayuntamiento plans to introduce AI-powered tools soon, which will tailor the app’s functions even more closely to what you want.
