Good weather is coming, but it won't last: Spain forecast Nov 3-6
After sunny skies and mild temperatures at the start of the week, the rain will return to much of Spain

Weather outlook on Thursday November 6
The weather is set to be damp and dreary across much of Spain for most of the week following a bright and sunny start. After a very pleasant Monday, a number of weather fronts will sweep across the country, leaving behind up to 100 litres per square metres of rain in parts, although the temperatures promise to remain nice and mild.
Monday November 3

Day-time temperatures will continue to rise across the country on Monday, with clear skies forecast everywhere except the southeast Mediterranean coast. There’s a chance of occasional showers on the islands and the Catalan coast, alongside southern Valencia, Murcia and Almería.
Tuesday November 4

The weather fronts will begin arriving in the northwest of Spain, resulting in heavy and persistent rain, mainly confined to Galicia to begin with. There will also be some light rain in the western Cantabrian region, but it should remain dry for now n the rest of the country.
Wednesday November 5

Wednesday will be another rainy day in the northwest, with accumulations exceeding 100 litres per square metre in A Coruña and Pontevedra. Rain will also spread, although less intensely, across the rest of Galicia, Asturias, the western half of Castilla y León, Extremadura and the western half of Andalucia.
Thursday November 6

The approaching weather fronts could bring a surge of storms to the Mediterranean area on Thursday and if the forecasts are correct, the rain could be locally heavy and thundery in Aragon, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, with accumulations of between 20 and 50 litres per square metre.
A warm start to November
Despite the threat of rain, across Spain the temperatures will remain between 1ºC and 3ºC higher than normal for the first week of November. Between Monday and Wednesday, the mercury should easily exceed 20ºC in large parts of the country, even hitting 25ºC in the Guadalquivir Valley.
Thursday and Friday will be cooler, with highs ranging from 12ºC to 17ºC. Nights will be somewhat colder inland, with some frost in mountainous areas and on the northern plateau. However, late tropical nights are still possible in the Canary Islands and Cádiz.
