One simple, healthy and low-carbon way to get around when you’re on holiday visiting the Region of Murcia is on an electric bike, a mode of transport that is gaining in popularity in Spain.

In this way, customers can help to make their trip more sustainable, and in line with the ideal of ecotourism. As e.GO! Murcia says, “Our purpose is to promote travel and tourism in a responsible manner” so that people can “experience the world in a way that is good for the world.”

Get on yer e-bike in Murcia!
e.GO! Murcia is an electric bicycle rental service based in the Region of Murcia and the Costa Cálida that specialises in renting out green, foldable e-bikes to tourists and cyclists.
Unlike many other bike rental companies, all the e-bikes that e.GO! Murcia rent out fold up easily, which means they can be easily transported in the back of a standard size car. This is great for riders as they are not limited to just riding around their local area or resort but can explore further afield, whether it’s at the beach, in the mountains or through the city.
E-bikes are suitable for anyone of any age and experience to ride as, while you do still have to pedal like a normal bike, the electric motor helps you along the way. What’s more, e.GO! is so committed to their green credentials that they always offset the carbon emissions from their bike drop-off and collection service. So, not only is it fun and practical, but it’s good for the planet too!
