Over a thousand mortgages were issued for people to buy homes in the Region of Murcia in January, a 36% increase on last year. According to the latest available statistics from January 2022, a total of 1,049 mortgages were taken out on homes in the Region of Murcia, which is an increase of 28.7% compared to December 2021 and 36.6% compared to January 2021, when there were just 692 mortgages.
