Handyman Malcolm is the man to call for painting and decorating in Murcia and Alicante

Registered and insured with prices agreed in advance for every job on the Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca

Property owners on the Costa Cálida and the Costa Blanca know how quickly odd jobs around the house can pile up, until the to-do list starts to feel overwhelming. Builder and handyman Malcolm da Rocha can help get it under control, drawing on 25 years of experience in the building trade in the UK.

Painting and decorating is a big part of what Malcolm offers, and with the sunshine and salty sea air taking their toll, repainting walls inside and out is a regular necessity in Murcia and Alicante. He takes care of both interior and exterior work.

Small tiling jobs are another strength, covering bathrooms, kitchens and patios as well as repairs.

Malcolm also fits shelves, curtains and blinds and changes shutter cords, and he handles basic plumbing such as changing taps, washbasins, toilets and sinks. Lamps and fans can be installed and sockets and switches changed, while bath to shower tray conversions, shower screens and flat pack furniture and sheds, including IKEA items, are all part of the service too.

Registered, insured and legal, Malcolm works to a price agreed with the customer beforehand. He covers any area within a 35-mile radius of San Javier and Santiago de la Ribera, where he’s based.

To find out how Malcolm can help you maintain and improve your home, call or WhatsApp him on +34 658 023 659 or email malcolmdarocha1970@gmail.com.

Photos of his work can be found on the Handyman Malcolm Facebook page.
