The Christmas Circus will bring the magic of the festive season to Orihuela Costa
Christmas is arriving in spectacular style at Zenia Boulevard shopping centre next Saturday November 15 and it's going to be an absolutely magical evening for people of all ages.
The Christmas Circus is a wonderful show that brings together everything we love about the season: fantasy, humour and all the spectacular thrills of the circus. It's a visually stunning production that the whole family will adore, packed with music, emotion and wonder that builds up to that special moment when the Christmas lights finally come on at the Orihuela Costa shopping centre.
The show has a cheerful, theatrical energy that's perfect for everyone. Don't worry if you don't speak Spanish either, as the visual spectacle, music and performances mean everyone can enjoy it.
Through dazzling acrobatic acts, brilliant choreography and plenty of funny moments, you'll experience a Christmas spectacle that'll fill children with tenderness, laughter and imagination.
And let's be honest, it'll do exactly the same for the adults too.
The story kicks off when stilt walkers and dancers fill the square with bubbles, music and smiles. Everything seems ready for the celebration, until Lunita, our dreamy protagonist, discovers that the Christmas tree is completely empty. Together with Rico, her fun-loving companion, and the rest of the circus performers, they set off on a very special mission to prepare the most magical Christmas gifts.
Each gift that appears on stage hides a delightful surprise: a vibrant dance, a magic trick or perhaps a juggling or balancing act. Each one represents the wonderful values of this time of year, like hope, generosity and joy.
But just when they think they've got everything sorted, they realise something essential is missing: the star on the tree. It'll be the audience themselves, along with Lunita, Rico, Santa Claus, Zimbo and Peludo (the centre's beloved mascots), who finally turn on the lights and officially kick off Christmas at Zenia Boulevard.
The show finishes with a grand parade throughout the shopping centre, where artists and dancers will fill every corner with music, colour and joy to give Christmas the welcome it deserves.
And because every great celebration needs a sweet ending, there'll be hot chocolate and cakes for the first 500 people who join in on this magical day.
